Wombat’s Bin Spa (“the Company”) reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By booking a service via telephone, SMS, email, or our website, clients agree to abide by the terms outlined below.


A. Regular Bin Cleaning Services

  1. Services are provided based on the size and condition of the bins. Duration may vary.
  2. All quotations given are estimates and subject to adjustment after a full assessment.
  3. Quoted prices include tasks outlined in the agreed scope of works. Additional requests outside this scope will incur extra charges.
  4. Clients must notify the Company in writing of any special requirements before the service begins.

B. One-Time or Specialty Bin Cleaning Services

  1. Specialty services such as deep cleaning or post-event cleaning may require additional time and resources.
  2. Quotations for these services are indicative only and finalized upon assessment.
  3. Additional tasks not included in the agreed checklist are subject to extra charges.

C. Additional Services

  1. Requests for additional services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. A deposit may be required for certain add-on services.

D. Company Obligations

  1. Wombat’s Bin Spa ensures professional, timely, and environmentally responsible services.
  2. All cleaning products and equipment provided are safe and eco-friendly.
  3. The Company reserves the right to delegate tasks to qualified third parties when necessary, with prior client approval.

E. Client Obligations

  1. Clients must provide access to the premises, including parking, and basic utilities such as water, lighting, and electricity.
  2. The client must ensure valuables are stored securely prior to the cleaning service.
  3. Payment must be made promptly upon service completion.

F. Liability

  1. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damages, stains, or defects that cannot be cleaned.
  2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate access instructions to avoid delays or lockout issues.
  3. The Company disclaims liability for damages caused by client-provided equipment.

G. Payments

  1. Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
  2. Payment methods include cash, cheque, and online transactions.

H. Cancellation Policy

  1. Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

I. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen events such as extreme weather or natural disasters, the Company will reschedule services at no additional cost.


J. Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Clients unsatisfied with the service must report issues within 24 hours to qualify for a free re-clean of affected areas.
  2. Refunds are not provided once services have commenced or been completed.

K. Complaints and Claims

  1. Complaints regarding service, damages, or theft must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  2. Fragile items should be removed or secured prior to cleaning. The Company is not liable for damage to such items if not properly stored.

L. Insurance

Wombat’s Bin Spa holds public liability insurance covering accidental damages caused by its staff. Claims must be made within 24 hours of the incident.


M. Data Confidentiality

The Company adheres to strict data protection policies. Client information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.


N. Supplementary Terms

  1. Service timeframes provided are estimates and may vary based on bin condition.
  2. For health and safety reasons, cleaners will not handle hazardous materials, including biohazards.
  3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
